Dashing Dons #2

Dragones del Regimiento de Sagunto

Progress so far in my Spanish cavalry project.

They're going to be a relatively weak regiment of 6 figures as that's how many spare heads I had left, but they're going to be weak whatever the the numbers, 'cos they're Spanish cavalry!

  1. I like the painting on these, very nice. I found a bag of Italeri Prussian cavalry a while back, I planned to make some Spanish of them but have not gotten around to it. Maybe in the near future

    1. Or swap the heads on them with the Scots Greys for early Brit dragoons. Either way I never got to it. Sorry for commenting twice, just remembered to add that

  2. As I have already said, I've got the same regiment in 15mm, and I love the colours! You're doing a great work on it!

    1. You don't seriously think they'll see action do you, Treb, mate? They'll be poncing up and down in the rear, getting in the way of the inevitable Spanish infantry retreat! :-D

  4. Hi Rosif!

Oh~ Nice conversion haha! Took me a minute to figure out it's from the Dragoon's body.
