I was supposed to be out at the club tonight, but I misread my diary and realised I was working tomorrow, so I had to scupper my plans for the night :-(.
Instead, here's some artfully posed photos of both battalions of Italians for your viewing pleasure!
Very nice and artfully posed!
ReplyDeleteBummer about your scheduling; but thanks for taking the photos - great looking unit and terrain. Dean
ReplyDeleteThe figs are wonderful, the poses are superb and painting is great!
ReplyDeleteA joy to behold! There is nothing worse than having your best laid plans scuppered.
ReplyDeleteLooking real good! To be honest... I had my doubts if the minis would go together while you were painting them, but they really do! Great work!
ReplyDeleteYour Italians look great! I have been thinking about adding a few regiments to my collection. Very inspiring!
ReplyDeleteA great job! Now is the hour to win battles!
ReplyDeleteRegards
Rafa

ReplyDeleteGreat pics of some great figures!!
ReplyDeleteSir,
ReplyDeleteA most splendid display of artistry and craftsmanship, a delight to behold. In other words the ducks guts!
Great figures beautifully painted and photographed. It's always nice to see 1/72nd scale figs.
ReplyDeleteWhen and what will be their first 'outing'?
James
Thanks all!
ReplyDelete@Treb - I've said it before, but I'll say it again; you're a wordsmith, mate!
@James - They've already had their first outings on the table, but this is the first time they've been pictured together. They're the start of a project to paint the OB of the Italian division from the Army of Italy at the Battle of Piave 1809.
