I created an elite company figure by replacing the head of one figure with a bearskin from the Neuchatel carabinier from the Zvezda French Command set and painted on the missing epaulet.

Dragoni Regina - or, Tough Guys Wear Pink!
Here's the promised Queen's Dragoons, or Dragoni Regina, for my Borodino project. All the figures are from the lovely Italeri French Dragoon set. The sculpting is just about perfect and the poses are really dynamic. The only gripe I have is that the sword blades are a tad short on most of the figures, and there's no elite company figure, but two officer figures.
