Another Schilling French Battalion
A long time coming, but here is my latest French infantry battalion using the lovely metal Schilling figures. The voltiguer has a head conversion using special conversion heads from Lancier Bleu.

I say there Rosbif they look great and a lovely paintjob on them too. I like the conversion and I am sure I can hear them shouting vive la france

Hmmm - you are a bad, bad man. I have been toying with the idea of creating a brigade of Schilling French - possibly Garde Nationale or similar, but was very pleased that I had talked myself out of it - I have enough Napoleonic soldiers, I don't need them, I would just be adding them because of their very obvious appeal, etc.
